      lmao! No shit. I paid 34k for my condo. Having a $300 a month mortgage payment was pretty fucking awesome fresh out of my parents house. If you don't like yard work, don't want a ton of space to take care of, and like living simply, a condo is great. Hell, if I could buy the apartment I live in now I probably would. Only thing I didn't like about my condo was the lack of a garage, but you can easily fork out a little more cash and get one that has that.

            Rent to own if I ever sell that's a good idea but some guy has been trying to do that with his condo on craigslist for past 6 months. His condo is 550k though lol
