    Yeah, I went in today to pick it up, big fucking shock that it wasn't ready yet. Waited around for three hours and saw the progress that their mechanics had made. Got the wiring taken off, got one motor mount off, and got the radiator disconnected. They had been working on it all day and that is the progress they made.

    When they told me that I could pick it up first thing tomorrow, I went ballistic. In an attempt to calm me down they offered to deliver it, so it's supposed to be here tomorrow, but at this point I can't believe a fucking word they say. They offered me a discount on the next motor I buy, but honestly, I won't buy another thing from them, they have completely lost my trust. This car was supposed to be finished yesterday, they are costing me time and money.

    In the managers defense, he was trying everything to keep me happy, he even paid his two guys overtime money to get it done today, but they still didn't get it done.

      Wow, really? Had you come down AGAIN and still weren't done? It's not even like they have been calling you to tell you it's not done. You've been doing it. Pushing it out to tomorrow again is BS. What makes them think after all of this you'd buy another engine that they won't have done when they say they would? I'd have demanded part of my money on that engine back and delivery

        No, they haven't been calling me at all, I call them, get a vague response on when it's supposed to be done and then I head up there. Essentially they are ducking me on the phone and the only way I am getting any straight answers is to go up there in person. At least today I put my own eyes on the motor.

            I doubt it. If those guys take all day to do something that would take me 40 minutes to do, I highly doubt I will get it tomorrow.

                I made it clear to him that if I didn't get the engine tomorrow that I wanted a full refund. When he heard the dreaded R word, that is when I was getting personal guarantees. If they won't give a refund, that is when I start talking with a lawyer.

                  Do you have it yet? I would have gotten a refund after the very first fuckup, they NEVER had the promised engine and they've only been trying to keep the money that's already gone at this point with lies.

                        Yep, supposed to be. They close at 3PM and it's an hour drive to get to my place from there, so if it aint delivered by 5PM, I am giving up. I am going on Monday to get my money back and I don't care if the engine is pulled or not, it's a matter of principle now.
