Here a quick google search of the company and the reviews...

Wish I would have read that before I went, but again, I have never had an issue with them in the past. I generally don't search for bad reviews on a place that I know.

We paid for a new engine and when my husband and our mechanic got there they tried to sell him the wrong engine. So after my husband called the police because they refused to refund him. Albert promised to find a part in 3 days. After 3 weeks, Albert lied and said he found the engine. So my aunt decided to call and David called her out her name and yelled at her on speakerphone. John immediately called her back and David was supposedly fired after the language and yet he answered the phone later. John said that he would find the part and offered to fix our car for $200 less than what we were paying our mechanic for the inconvenience. My husband accepted Johns offer and had our car towed up there and John said it will just take a couple of days. It has been another 3 weeks and all my husband kept hearing was a couple more days. Once I filed the complaint with BBB and they called my husband and told him to pick up the car without being fixed and they hardly done anything but take some parts of the engine out our car and not even began to start on the new engine. I don t think anyone would be as patient as we were to give them 6 weeks to find a part and fix our car that the mechanic said will only take 3 days and we can t afford a rental car.I wished things happened different but it is what it is and I really feel terrible complaining but you can t treat customers like that.

Please listen to the people that had bad experiences, because I had one with this company. Do not buy anything from them. My husband and I called them about a part, they claimed they had. So when we got there, we had to pay half up front. Well when they pulled the part it was the wrong one...so they told us that they would have the right part for us tomorrow, well tomorrow turned into a week. We called every day and they kept telling us lies...Well I called for the last time and told them that if we didnt get our money back than I would call the police, well after I said that one of the guys called me the N word and said you are not getting anything and hung up the phone. This company tells people that they have the part...ask for half up front and they really do not have anything. Well little do they know I recorded the last conversation ;-) and is working with a special someone. But anywho, beware of these people. They lie and take your money!!

Just as Tawni, I was sold a different part and was refused a refund. Their policy is 'no refunds' - which is understandable if I did something wrong. But it was their fault! They gave me the wrong part. They said they would replace it, which I was okay with...but days went by and me just getting the run around and plenty of attitude it just wasn't worth it. I had pretty much the same experience as Tawni did...this place needs to be shut down! I wouldn't suggest them to anyone...Go somewhere else!

I was sold a different part than was ordered then was REFUSED a refund. I called back several times just to get the run around, called the police, and the last time I called I spoke with someone by the name of "David" who was very rude, would not listen to me, would not allow me to speak with anyone else and ended the call by telling me to go F@%K myself and calling me a B#$%H! When I finally hung up because he was shouting so much profanity, he called my phone back several times. I cant believe a company can conduct business this was and still be in business! I will be taking further action!

Paid $1100 for a transmission, they sent the incorrect one. It's been a month and I still have not received the correct transmission. They refuse to refund me my money. Filing a law suit! Do not buy from these idiots!!!

BEWARE!!! This company accepted my $1400 cash payment for a motor that they said they had and was in perfect working condition with the promise to deliver to my mechanic. over a week has past and they said they have to order the motor and if i keep calling they threatened to prolong how long it takes to reach me and they wont refund my money. staff is VERY rude!!! save your money and go some place else. Im in the process of filing a law suit...

Keep your money and go somewhere else, believe me you'll be better off What ever you do don't ever buy from these crooks, i went there to get an alternator and they sold me the wrong one to a different car once i came back and asked for the right part they took over 5 days and still never came up with one, once i asked for my money back they only offered me store credit and never even got it, people there are rude and forget that the customer comes first.. Ive also spoke to other people who did business with them and they told me that they do people wrong all the time. i would never buy from them again. They suck

more or less a break of contract. You paid for them to provide you with an engine, and they did, its just not what you thought you were getting.

The biggest thing I can say about these places : if you see a 30 day warranty, but store credit only, you will get the raw end at some point, but you seldom are going to be getting what you think you are. If an engine like this is worth $1400 with 6 months warranty, why would they give you one for 1000 with 30 days? They are throwing away at least $300 in doing so. Now a whored out high mile engine might be what they are selling you, and dropping the price so you wont complain.
