funny thing, i use them all the time.. its actually the yard i feel most comfortable with on the "skid row" of lots.. however i've never called to ask for a part.. and they always have what im going there for (chevy truck parts). So i am able to go pick which vehicle i want which part off of and sit there and watch them pull it.

Hell, I saw the engine that they were pulling for me, but apparently it's too much trouble for them to pull it.
