  • Need help pricing a 2001 Tahoe for sale

**Mods please move to proper forum if needed**

I am about to post my wife's former daily driver for sale and need help pricing it appropriately. Smartass responders need not reply.....

    Positives:
    2001 Chevrolet Tahoe LS
    5.3 Liter
    Pewter Exterior
Light tan almost off white leather seats
3rd row seats too match(not factory installed)
    Split back doors(barn door style)
    Roof rack
    Tinted windows
    Decent tires
Couple dents and dings here and there. Normal wear for an 01'
Clean lien free blue texas title

    Negatives:
Glitchy oil pressure gauge at idle; smooths out under load
Glitchy fuel tank gauge. Only happens when you go from 1/4 to a full tank
No trailer hitch; previous owner took it off....harness and plug in still in tact

    158,xxx miles

The oil gauge can be a sign of a failing gauge cluster

What maintenance have you done while you owned it. What were the last parts you can remember replacing? The older a car gets the more value recent repairs have towards the cars value. If that's your for sale ad you will get $5k, you list every part you have had replaced in the past 3 years and take good pictures you could get $7k
