I just typed up a whole long ass post about my ex and her kid (my ex stepson) and had to delete it. Nothing comes of badmouthing any one or their situation.

Take this as a sign bro, you are way too early in a relationship for this. You are seeing not issues from a kid, but from the mother. If the kid is like this, it's because the mother is not a good parent, plain and simple. Move on bro, before you get too deep in to it.

Considering the picture that's been painted, I think it's close to spot-on. The biggest eyebrow-raiser for me is that she doesn't have the kid's best intentions in mind. No offense, but there is NO REASON for her daughter to even know you exist after bedtime. The fact that this chick will let you stay the night and fulfill a role a father should play is upsetting. The kid (by your admission) is a spoiled brat without any guidance... so it's no surprise that your woman couldn't care any less who her daughter identifies with as a male role model. In this case, the 20-something guy she's fucking and has no intentions of keeping around.
