nike free vs reebok realflex?

I have experience with niether but have put a mile or two on a pair or three of running shoes. The Nike of old isn't what it used to be. The last two pairs I have had the sole bond let loose. I shoegoo'd them but I think they should last longer. Is it some kind of planned obselecance?

I have several pairs of Brooks. I have been buying them since the eighties and they just last longer. Last few pairs came from Finish Line. Not really minimalist but they are pretty light and I find them comfortable.

My favorite everyday shoes are chucks (converse all star). Their cheap, and comfortable. I also have some pumas that are similar in style but have more support.

Running shoes are made for running, hence the name. You shouldn't wear them everyday unless your twelve or 40 and you want to look younger.

I fucking hate chucks. They hurt my feet and and are not my style. My work dress code calls for black athletic shoes so get off your high horse and go fuck yourself.

Same here. Reeboks seem to fall apart much quicker. I'm a big fan of Asics.
