Found a iPhone one day, chick was from AZ. Called her mom and told her of it. We met back at target. She was very grateful that I had returned it. Of course, I checked her pics and no nudes
I got a working # for a Don W Schmidt in Plano, looks like it might tie to an iPHone as well. Hit me up in PM... just curious how you know it belongs to him?
FWIW I've known Jyro's son for ~15 years and Jyro/Charlie is a stand-up guy. I still run a radiator in my 2nd fox I bought from him in 1998.
He's not up to anything, you can trust him with the info.
To brag about my own nice guy moves, in the last year I've returned two debit cards to the banks/credit union that issued them and three weeks ago I returned a $1600 cashiers check.
I was really hoping the universe would do me a solid for that cashiers check as I've hit a rough patch. Wednesday I found out I was being let go Friday. You know the worst part of getting a heads up to your firing??? You can't get drunk as I still had to be at work at 6:45AM the next day and I couldn't afford to burn the reference or lose the last couple days of pay.
I usually find rocks and tire debris. Thankfully I get the special opportunity to run it over and take the chance of ripping the drive train out from under the car.
You would be surprised what people leave in rental vehicles. One time an LEO unit came back and we got a call asking if we found a gun in it. I went back to look expecting to find a pistol but no. There was a large gun bag with a fully automatic Colt M4 carbine in it and 5 magazines loaded to the top. Amazing that someone would leave shit like that. Laptops and large amounts of cash are also very common, and it really is shocking how often people never call or claim it.

After watching Games of Thrones, makes me glad i was not born in those years.
I look, but nothing like my dad. His prized find is some calculator that he found in the 90's that worked for like a decade or so. He loved bragging about it.
it's shocking the amount of fuel cans I see around houston. It like, guys, those are not one time use items.
Seeing as blitz is gone probly should pick them up

Entrapment. "Surprise, you're in unlawful possession of a Class3 weapon!"
I'm curious as to how so many people in here find shit on the highway? Do you guys live by highways, or go out and just walk on medians to find the stuff?

I'm always watching the road for things. I've stopped more than a few times when I see something I don't recognise. I didn't recognise the camera because the lense was broken off it and it was in 2 pieces with the camera face down. I made a u, parked on the shoulder and retrieved it.

Just this week, I found a Craftsmen electrical pliers and a 4 way. Years ago I found a 6ft. fiberglass/aluminum A frame ladder, reciever hitch with anti sway and best of all, a 20 ton pneumatic jack. The kind they use to change tires on semi trucks.
The thing is how do you pull over and get that stuff ? Im am to scared to just get over on the shoulder and walk out on the interstate
