    slightly bad timing??

    I'm not sure why anyone cares that this is the first "african-american" to win that event. I watched her win last night and was impressed by her talent, not by her skin color.

                  Especially those of us whose families didn't migrate to this country until after slavery. Neither side of my family benefitted from slavery.

                      I did see the clip live and let's face it - that commercial was created WEEKS ago. It's night like Gabby Douglas won, they ran out and found a monkey and shot that commercial in an hour.
