There are weddings all the time for same sex partners. What they are looking for is for the same rights as a married couple in the eyes of the law. Im ok with that, and Im not sure what the big fuss is about, and have never gotten a good justifiable reasoning as to why that isnt legal. Sodomy is Illegal, so any sexual contact that isnt for reproduction is technically illegal. That's fine and dandy, except if this was truely an issue, condomns and birth control would be illegal also. Sorry for you criminals that cant reproduce!

I will say that Im tollerant of homosexuals. I choose to associate with people who tend to be most like myself, so that doesnt include g/l very often. In cases when I happen to be in a group setting and that does include a gay or lesbian person or couple, I evaluate if I would like to continue to associate with them, just as I do in any group.
