How about prohibition of alcohol sales on Sunday? It's a blue law, clearly motivated by religious moral interpretation, and it prevents me from buying a bottle of tasty scotch whisky on Sundays. Saying I can buy it at another time is exactly the same intolerant gesture as saying I can't buy it on Sunday. I'm being told I cannot do something for no other reason than because someone doesn't agree with it. Am I intolerant of Christian beliefs if I want to buy on Sundays? Why?
