Can someone explain the condo business? I don't understand one thing. OK, you purchase a condo for whatever stupid amount. What happens if the building forecloses? How does this work?
Speaking of this, how hard would it be to live in a shop garage? The city codes and what not. Ideally, i'd section it off with a living area and the rest as a garage.
