Technically I think it's illegal to bring any kind of beer across state lines isn't it?

I think it's kind of a grey area. If you are brining 2 cases, pretty sure if you get popped, it was really for another reason. Now if you are transporting a uhaul trailer full, then you may have a problem.

I figured it had more to do with the alcohol content limit laws for beer. I always buy beer in TX before I cross the border to OK.

Yeah, I think it has to do with alcohol % restrictions on beer in the state you are bringing it into. I can buy dogfish head 120 minute in OKC but I can't get it in Texas (for the most part). I think that some states regulate the percentage to 14.x% (I think) and below.

What cop is going to be conversant with every brand of beer that is being sold in various sectors of his state? How would it be possible for one to look at a brand of beer and know, instantly, that this particular beer is not available everywhere?

I bought a car from a dude in Norman and brought him a case of his favorite that they dont have in OK.

I lived in PA for quite a while and I support his statement. Although, I wouldn't mind some "lager" for old times sake.

For a cheap beer it's ridiculously good, and aren't you the one who complained how it tasted like shit and it was revealed you drank it several months after it was bought?

Sunset wheat (I think that's the one) tastes like fruity pebbles. I can't do it.
