I was thinking some kind of adhesive backing.

What does it look like with the panel off?

My thoughts exactly. Anything short of a press is going to be a whole bunch of man-hours to do.

Those really don't look that difficult to make. Replicate time and time again to a fine level of consistency, maybe, but still not THAT difficult. Any idea of the thickness of the aluminum? Obviously polished a bit, especially after the wheel but aluminum is so forgiving and easy to work with..... damn tempting. If Crash decides not to make these I'd be interested in the dimensions, expected thickness, and how folks want them installed. (I'm thinking rivets would look TITS! But that is just me.)

If you're interested in bringing the Cobra down to Mansfield, I'd be happy to take some better pictures, maybe even make a pattern using parcel tape, baby powder, etc.

Oh yeah, Crash, if you DO make them, let me know the width needed. I have some long, i.e. 10', pieces of aluminum, that are only like 6" wide.

I think you misunderstood the thread.

Yea rivers would be cool, but I would be hesitant to drill into the body.

Anyone have a pic with panel off? There's a few ways to attach the panel with out having to mess with the body.

You do know that the world doesn't revolve around NASCAR and IndyCar, right? That is unless there's an unlimited demand for NASCAR bodyhangers, in which case everyone that's good with metal would be doing it.

May be a naive question, but are they all the same design/style as the cobra in the 1rst pic or can there be or are there a few other style/designs as well?
