Right or wrong, just denying someone and making them go through a a ton of red tape is part of what's wrong with this country.

Also, there is nothing wrong with admitting that you f'ed up. (Both on citizen and government side) It's being wrong and working hard to cover it up, combined that really sucks.

Here is another one, 3 years old, the white dog, was a neighborhood dog, that the owner never kept in the yard. I put it in the backyard with mine while I tried to find the owner. After a few weeks she was in heat, and it was a damn brothel in my backyard! I ended up giving her the the pound (years before this new shit), I didn't want her to get pregnant.

I wasn't asking what you admitted to in a legal sense, I was asking what actually happened. There is a difference between scaring and biting.
