I have a 2011 EB FX2 crewcab and it currently has 18k miles on it. I drive mostly city and average between 17-17.5 mpg, but when my wife drives it she averages 14.5-15.5 mpg. Its all about how you drive it, just like any other car. Last week coming back from Corpus Christi I got 21mpg and when pulling my 18ft steel car trailer with a mustang on it I get 14-14.5 mpg.Current rides:
1973 Camaro 350/350
1991 GMC Sierra Stepside
2012 Gt500
2006 Dodge MegaCab 5.9 cummins

Update: I drove to East texas today (about 300 miles round trip) mainly highway and about 65-70 MPH and I got 26 MPG according to the display which is fairly accurate.

The flex is a really long son of a bitch - you think of them as small, but they are deceivingly large. I saw a flex 3.5 run a 13.9 at ennis when they first came out, I couldn't fucking believe it.

Like this guy:
Another apparent stocker running a 14.15
It seems plausible with ambient temperature to break off a high 13 stock. That's quick.
Another apparently stock Flex in the 13's:
