I called a friend who worked with A1. He swapped my cap and added an extra cap inline. AC kicked right on, compressor and fan are good, as is freon level.

Yup! Living in Discovery Bay, working in San Ramon for a mortgage company doing HARP loans. It was 99 or so this weekend but is settling back down to 80's later this week. Hit me up if you come back to visit.
