I've worked with a couple gay guys and went to school with some.

Even in school you could tell they were gay and had feminine traits so when they "came out" it was never a big shock.

One of my best friends is queerer than a three dollar bill but he's a great guy. He says he knew for his whole life he was gay.

Another guy I know is gay but only is "out" to his close friends. His parents don't know. Work doesn't know. He even dated a chick for a while.

Another guy I work with says he came from a small town and never even knew what being gay was until he moved to a big city. He discovered the lifestyle and decided it's what he wanted. And this dude knows more about sports than almost anyone I know. It's so weird to hear some gay dude throwing around sports stats like it's second nature to him LOL

So all in all I think gay people are probably born that way, but depending on where and how they're raised contributes to whether or not they decide to come out or not.

Gay people are, IMO, definitely born that way. I think about sex with my wife at least 10 times a day. No matter what, I have zero attraction to people of the same sex. Even if I wanted to act flamboyantly gay, it would be too much effort. People like Richard Simmons act that way normally. It's just natural to them. Just my .02. Bi-sexual may be a choice, I'm just not sure about that. I have a friend I went to elementary school with, and he always kind of acted fruity. He now lives in Plano with his partner.

        I don't think it's a choice.

I know I didn't choose to be attracted to females. I was born that way.

I don't choose to like Mexican food and hate peanut butter. I was just born that way.

I'm sure some do choose it for whatever reason, but for the most part, I think it's wiring.

Well they have to advertise because, you know, they can't reproduce.

People act gay on this forum all the time but that doesn't necessarily make them gay. Having sex with other men makes you gay. You can't be born having sex with someone, so you can't be born gay... IMO.

I think that some people are born with a greater capability of being gay due to a tendency towards sexual deviancy, feminine characteristics, and/or other inadequacies. In the case of femininity especially, society itself may even convince someone they are gay.

You said it yourself, "You can't be born having sex with someone" so how can you be born straight if you can't be born gay? People that do advertise being gay whether it be a sticker on a car get fucking annoying real quick. It's not like I go around telling people how much I love pussy or have a giant sticker on my car of a dick inside a vagina.

It sounds like you agree with me but I can't tell?

To answer your question (or not), I think that it's possible that no one is born "straight" either. I don't think I thought about girls sexually until I was a few years old, ya know? I dunno.

I believe it is a choice. Like posted above, I really don't care about a person's sexuality. But if you come across as a flaming homo, then I would just rather someone stick an ice pick in your eye.

You have a choice on what you let go up your ass.

What makes you think about girls though. What makes girls think about guys? That's why I think it's some sort of chemical imbalance, mental defect, that makes a gay person gay. Of course the ability to act on it lies with the person. I'm sure a guy that thinks he gay can choose to be with a woman, but in his mind he could be thinking about dudes. Maybe nobody is born that way, but I think it lies with how the body and mind develop, and everybody develops differently, but I don't think it's always a cognitive or involuntary thought to be gay or straight.

We learn in school about the sexes before puberty and sexual awareness so they know it is wrong and do it anyway.

                    • Girls turn into lesbians because they either A) They are ugly as sin and no man would ever want them or B) they like women because they are gentle with them.

Jesus never knew something was wrong and did it anyway. There's something for you to think about.

I know people can't be born having sex, but it doesn't mean they can't be born having homosexual tendencies and desires. A lot of gays will tell you they've felt attraction since as far back as they could remember. It's a never ending discussion.
