Being gay is a choice not matter how masculine or feminine a person has grown up. It's their choice to like the same sex. I've worked with some of the most feminine guys that aren't gay, most have had freaking hot wives too. And I've worked with some of the most masculine guys that you'd never think were gay and they were. It's a choice and a way of life, not something you're born being.
I don't think you should automatically think that being gay has any impact on feminine or masculine traits. I have known both women and men with opposite traits that were straight as an arrow, and also the exact opposite (appeared totally strait by gender but were full on homos).
