I am sure some of you all have used these phones at one time or another. I was wanting to hear some feedback from those who have used em. I was looking into getting one for a small project of mine and dont want to use my personal phone.

just go to metro and get the most basic service, it will be cheaper in the long run

We've used several AT&T ones we got at Best Buy. There are not 3G, so the service was actually better! You can also put your SIM card in it to use your regular number/service if you want. Did that once when Lyn's regular phone broke and had to wait for a new one to get shipped.Comment

I looked into this a while back with AT&T back when they were Cingular, mainly because I wasn't using a cell phone a whole lot and you had two options. Either buy prepaid minutes or get a monthly bill where you pay .10 a minute and $1 a day whenever you user your phone. The second option really sucked hard because even if someone calls you they still charge the .10 a minute and the $1 a day. I thought it'd save me money but the whole $1 a thing really screws you over. So I just went with Metro PCS, no contract and $45 a month for unlimited everything. If you do a lot of traveling then Metro may not be the best choice, because outside of some big cities you won't have coverage. I have two Boost phones other than my other services! I love them cause I can change the numbers or stop paying anytime with no contract!
