They've been alright, if I don't get a promotion this year, I will be looking either inside the company to another department, or outside the company. I've already made my boss aware of that.

Project Managers are a dime a dozen around here. That's the one thing I've never seen them hire for. We've let more PM's go in the 3 years I've been here than I've seen them hire.

I am in the search too. I have been pretty reasonable with the whole "economy" and "it will be good experience" excuse for a while. I have always received a raise but it is extremely small, and I want to be compensated as I should be for the duties I perform. I was actually updating my resume earlier this morning, I guess I should get back to that.
