His mut gets into skirmish with boxer first time at dog park. He is 100% sure it's boxers fault and a real fight. He starts beating boxer and gets bit. Again 100% sure it's boxers fault. Calls police on a fight at dog park and has animal control quarantine the dog...owner can't pay quarantine costs so dog will be put down.

In my case my dog was attacked and I was bit in the process of trying to protect my dog and blood was drawn. Since the dog was not up to date on rabbies shot's it's the law that the dog must be quarantined and the owner must pay the bill inorder to get his animal back. It's not my fault a shitty owner didn't get his dog shots and then brought it to a dog park where he bit another dog and a person.
