Not saying it can't be done but that is the PITA factor for me. Not to mention the gas used with an application with that.2012 GT500

IMO the only real question is how much of that HP will you actually use. If you're going to take it to the track then go for as much as you can afford and you enjoy. But if it's just a daily driver, why bother with so much power. The 2013 Mustang GT has way more than enough power to get you into trouble but drives just great on a daily basis. Even the V6 is a decent car now.
But I guess that is just a personal preference type of thing. Just get what you can enjoy..

In my opinion the 2 major factors are...
1. Quality of work and planning prior to implementation.
2. How you drive it daily.
#1 being the most important though. Can have the best plan for a reliable monster, but if it is piss poor work > average work it is going to suck. Everything needs to be perfect and attention to detail paid.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

I've found that a lot of it has to do with cam size. It cam make or break the car for street. The clutch is equally important.

C6z with full exhaust, cold air, cam, and tune will get you ~550 rwhp.
Adding heads and fast intake will add some more power, but not much, and will cost a lot, but still be totally streetable.
Beyond that it gets even more expensive. It can make big power and be streetable, but it's gonna cost ya.US Politics in three words - Divide and Conquer

6lbs/1rwhp is the start of exciting type fun I believe. Just build the combo that does that reliably.
