Exactly what is hill assist? The manual just says to use it in hilly area. Does it just lock out OD? or does it change shift characteristics?

It sets the front brakes on when you are on a hill. Soon as you tip into the throttle or let out on the clutch then it turns off. It is the one thing on my 13 that drives me nuts. It works well but if you can drive it just seems wrong.

It is another feature for no driving people... Which is about 98% of people that drive from what I have seen since I started driving in 1989

Its not going to keep you from doing that, you still have to work the throttle and clutch... Its not the stupidest driving aide ever invented but my feet can work plenty fast without it.

Considering most people can't even drive a manual tranny anymore none of these "features" surprise me anymore.
