I thought there were some Li-ion rechargable AA batteries but I've been unable to find any for some reason. Am I mistaken or something? Everything seems to be NiMH.

I tried getting some Li-Ion AA batteries a couple of years ago. I wanted them for my camera's speedlight. I tried three different brands of batteries and they were all shitty failures..
Ni-Cads are the only reliable ones that I'm aware of. However, as you are probably already aware, they kinda suck too..Comment
