          And I've used the one of those checks. But only because it was zero% for a year and was paid off in 4 months. It saved a lot of headache in dealing with the bank over my enclosed car hauler.

            Shred everything for sure but also just tell the cc company to not send you those checks anymore. Worked for me.

              I've been receiving checks lately from an Indian reservation (I think) for $10,000 that has to be repaid at something like 86% APR.

                    Yeah, i can't imagine doing some shit like that. I had some coworkers in the past who couldn't manage their money for shit, needed title / payday loans after a week.. fucking idiots.

                                I have used them a couple of times. It is something like .03% on the total amount you take out.

                                $30 is nothing to have a 1k or so interest free for a year. You can also get the same offer online and transfer directly into your account without getting the check offers you get in the mail.
