              ^^ This. My wife is a ReMax agent and just about all of her customers have been through referral. I remember in the beginning, I was hounding her about getting her name on her sign, window decals, etc until I realized how she's been getting alot of her buyers and sellers.                 I'll be selling my house in April. I ahve to keep it 3 years so I don't have to repay the 1st time homebuyer tax credit. I'll be looking you up around then Nate.
