Most great agents come by referral from someone or a group of people that have had a good experience working with that agent. ....

^^ This. My wife is a ReMax agent and just about all of her customers have been through referral. I remember in the beginning, I was hounding her about getting her name on her sign, window decals, etc until I realized how she's been getting alot of her buyers and sellers.
