I was on cooper street, trying to get on I-20 east bound, I was in the turn lane and this fucker came blowing up beside me and squeezed in. I had to slam on the brakes just to keep him from taking the front end of my truck off. He was eyeballing me in the mirror, so I mouthed fuck you to him. He didn't take kindly to that, so he jumped out of his truck, arms spread wide, come at me bro stance. I was not having a good day anyway, so took my seat belt off and opened my door. Chicken shit jumped back in his truck and took off.

Blow a hole in him set the gun back in the car and get out of it so when the cops arrive the can see you are unarmed. Tell them that you and your son have just been through a traumatic experience and will give your statements when you have a lawyer oh and do tell them where the gun is. That is legal and a reason to shoot him as he made the aggressive move and since your son was in the car it is an aggresive move against a minor under the age of 13. I do that. I also leave at least a car's length in front of me anytime I stop, scan overpasses for threats, pick out escape routes if necessary and notice anytime a car is behind me for any significant length of time, leading me to speed up or slow down to see if they maintain the distance
