I'm sure it is well hidden in public, but I bet the home life is just dreamy at his house.

Looks like he was spot on to me. That comment wasn't taken out of context, either.

If you look at his word choices, it shows a lot as well. "Hiding behind." Cowardice, fear, guilt. Sometimes the words chosen say just as much as what is said. He can say he didn't mean it, but those are words he chose. Even his fellow officer called him out on it
