A lot more than 50% evade. Most do not pursue, hell I've had multiple officers from a variety of pd's ask why I even pulled over since so many run.

I remember the couple times I did pull over I get let go with a warning. It was usually a "Well you deserve a break for actually pulling over, and being cooperative. Most of ya'll don't." The one speeding ticket I did receive on a sportbike was on Arapaho in Richardson. Something like six bike cops running a speed trap. I figured at least one of the six (if not more) was gunna get me, and it was a bad road to run anyways. Better to just take my ticket at that point. Maybe the biker who died should of used some of the common sense that I used that day.
