My post should have said "grown man", not intending to come off as a badass.

In what instance do I need police intervention, exactly? Car getting broke in to or stolen? Insurance. House getting broken in to or stolen? Insurance. I can, have, and will continue to protect what's mine. I just can't think of a viable reason I need someone else's help. Perhaps it's a generational thing, you being young and inexperienced. But I was raised to do everything for myself an not to depend on anyone. That's not just LE, that's all branches of govt. welfare, Medicaid, social security, etc.

But with that said, I get along just fine with several LEOs. I don't lump them all in to the same category. But not a single one have Matt's attitude, nor do they share his viewpoints on a lot of stuff. This is strictly my opinion of him, but he has a really bad habit of defending what can't be defended. He wouldn't catch half the shit he does, if he didnt come up with asinine scenarios and blindly "follow the leader" like he does on here.

- I prefer not to die by a drunk driver. How'd you feel if you lost your kids to that? I sure enjoy that police are arresting those mofo's and keeping them off the road. But no, Bcoop can take care of that himself!

- I enjoy the fact that police are out there getting criminals off the street so I don't have to worry about getting stabbed when I go for a double cheeseburger, and I don't have to be afraid of being robbed near as much as if Bcoop was handling this shit with his manliness.

- I sure enjoy the fact that If some dumb motherfucker injures me in a car wreck that an ambulance will come and possibly try to save my life, and the police will find that motherfucker. But no, Bcoop can handle that shit himself!

- If some bad electrical work sets fire to my DFWM mansion I can be assured that The FD is going to come put it out as well as save any of my family or porn stash inside. But no Bcoop is gonna put that shit out with a garden hose.


You can't honestly say that you can defend your family at all times. You aren't with them at all times. What if your wife breaks down in a bad part of town and you are at work? She can call for help instead of getting Dp'd by footlong cocks.

Lol. Yeah, I don't need a big bad fireman or police for any of that. Sorry. If my house burns to the ground, so be it. I'm insured. No wife to worry about either. The odds of my children getting killed by a drunk driver are so ridiculously small, it's not even worth mentioning. I don't waste my life away worrying about the what ifs. I'd rather spend that time living life.
