Addison or Carrollton Police?

Anybody an LEO in Carrollton/Addison (didn't pay attention to the badges to tell which municipality it was, though the stop was made in Carrollton) and have the 411 on WTF happened on at Marsh/Arapaho around 13:45? Two police cars, one unmarked Chrysler 300 and one marked Charger pull over a car of minorities. The minorities stop in the middle of the road, as do the police; stopping up two lanes of that three lane road, with another officer coming up the road not too far behind them.

I'm assuming it was a drug thing judging by the 300 and the skin hue of the gentlemen.

I saw a 2 Dallas police cars sitting at a Jack in the box on Davis in Bishop Arts earlier...and about an hour ago I saw one going north on 35 at Illinois....what happened in Dallas between 3pm and midnight?
