I had steady jobs since I was 12 (under the table stuff till I turned 14) fuck her. She made a decision now she has to face the consequences.

She's got a rough life ahead of her if she's bullying kids 10 year younger than her with help from another 13 year old and threatening to mutilate other kids. She'll be in and out of jail for the rest of her life most likely.

I like the judge's take on it. This is a 13yr old in real trouble, even though the incident in question is kinda trivial. The 276 hours is supposed to be a lesson for the daughter AND her mother, because, obviously, the mother is not doing her job, and she is going to have to be involved in taking her to and from community service. He's punishing both of those assholes.

And I think it's funny to let them decide together whether shaving 100 full hours of punishment is worth letting her do to her daughter the exact same thing that little shit did to a toddler.
