    I agree so defending him of bashing him will not do anything. But... anyone with a CC would not be seen or caught leaving a "night club" with a exposed gun bulge, in their right mind.

    Further, Minnesota statute 624.7142 says it is a crime to carry a concealed handgun when under the influence of alcohol. It is unclear whether King had been drinking that night.

    He could have easily been going in to give a friend a ride home who had been drinking. Fact is we do not know why he was in there and guessing is not going to help figure out what happened. I am sure patrons at the bar will be interviewed as witnesses.

    He was not in Texas. And even in Texas you can carry into any establishment that derives less than 51% of it's sales from alcohol for on premises consumption. Try again.

    I hate to say it...but I think there are more facts not shown. Even worse...I agree with matt partially.

    The gun should have been concealed
    The dumbass was probably doing something dumb
    He probably did not follow orders
    He shouldn't have carried into a night club...that's asking for trouble

    Lastly...even though it may have been wrong...he deserved it.

    Same here it sounds like he has lots of issues and it's hard to side with him but if the story he tells is accurate (who knows) they were wrong.
