Never said I was an angel, but if I kick a pregnant woman or beat a CHL holder for having a gun, or walk up to my neighbor's house and shoot their dog, then I go to jail. That does not appear to be the case for cops, and that is our point. Why are they not held to the same standards as the rest of us?

If you're driving around with a badge, a gun and the ability to fuck someone's life completely just because you feel like it, then you should be under a microscope. If actions against you are treated magnitudes worse than actions you commit against others, then you should be under a microscope.

I suspect even now orders are being shouted into telephones and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those who are more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable. But again, truth be told...if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn't be? War. Terror. Disease.

There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you and in your panic, you turned to the now High Chancellor Adam Sutler. He promised you order. He promised you peace. And all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent.


Last night, I sought to end that silence. Last night, I destroyed the Old Bailey to remind this country of what it has forgotten. More than four hundred years ago, a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice and freedom are more than words - they are perspectives.


<b>So if you've seen nothing, if the crimes of this government remain unknown to you, then I would suggest that you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek...then I ask you to stand beside me, one year from tonight, outside the gates of Parliament. I enjoy reading a lot of the info you post but man to live a life so paranoid of this must be unfortunate. The bad leo's probably make up maybe less than 10% of all of them. There's bad apples in every sector....

That's 10% of a fuck lot of cops. 10% that can end your life and career with no evidence, can kill your animals without you being able to do anything. Able to plant drugs in your car, seize money and property without warrant and cut through your door with a chainsaw, put you and your kid in your dog's blood proned out while they find out they have the wrong house and then they just leave. Leave you to do the repair work and handle counseling.

Frost, I agree with the premise of your assertions and statements; however, I do not feel that the most law abiding citizens have anything to worry about...yet. How many times have you been a victim of law enforcement?
I do agree with the statement above that LE should be geared more toward the solving of crimes and less about active prevention or control...AND...roadside tax collection of course!
