If I were to buy another house, there or Grapevine is where I'd go. My brother lives in Monticello Estates in Colleyville, and I love that area. Waaaaaaaay out of my price range though.

At least you lived to tell about it. I have lived in Irving for most of my life and like the convenience and housing market. It has its areas for sure.

Every time I went to DFW my old company would put me up in the Drury hotel in I think Irving. Anyways that area left a nasty taste in my mouth. I walked to the Walmart down the road and didn't feel safe lol.

There should be some homes on the eastern side of Coppell that are in that price range.
