    One more thing to look at is the ball joints and wheel bearings. The ball joints suck on the ford ttb front ends!

      Before I clutter up your thread anymore, go to www.fullsizebronco.com it's Canadian owned but not a bad site.

      Also look at the centurion broncos. Pretty cool. Hard to find though. It's just a four door bronco.

                  Crawl under and look at the welds on the frame. If that doesn't convince you, just buy one. I though blacksmiths welded bad until I saw a Centurion weld. I'm surprised they make it off their property.

                    and that involves?? i remember a guy in highschool getting out of his toyota to do it when he got stuck in a snow drift, but alas, ive smoked copius amounts of goodgood and drank many many beers in the last 15 years

                              In the center of the front wheels you will find the hub, you just turn the lever on the outside of the hub. It should say something like FREE and LOCK on the hub. If you want to go into 4x4 you need to place each front wheel into LOCK. This only locks your wheels to the front axle. You will still need to turn your transfer case to 4X4 HI or LO. Doesn't get much easier then that. Less convenient then auto hubs but these will still work when you need them most.
