Oh, you'd be surprised on some of them. Some of those kids have some heat behind a throw.

I still find it hard to believe that it would cause enough damage to prevent her husband from getting a blowie.

I imagine a scene involving the trial, and dozens upon dozens of well-dressed college and minor league pitchers... Unbeknownst to the court... Start filling the courtroom. While the cunt is testifying, on cue, they all stand up and fire a heater right at her face and neck. She jiggles furiously, her fat filthy whore face reacting to each 90mph fast ball. They all immediately run out of the courtroom, the plaintiff convulsing violently on the floor.

          That makes me happy

Honestly, this is a lot of what is wrong in America. Their lawyer should be disbarred, and if a judge hears it, he should be removed from the bench, effective immediately.

As sad as it sounds, this doesn't surprise me at all. People treat the court system like its a slot machine without any shame. One of my main defenses would be "assumption of risk." if you sit at a table next to a bullpen, you know or should know that the chances of an errant ball hitting you are fairly high. I could go on and on, but I don't feel like typing it all from my iPad.

I would say at least if you are suing me, lets make it legit and hurl one directly at her face.

Pitchers 11 and up have been reported of throwing fast balls up to 70mph. Since catchers are also required to throw fast I'm sure it could be close to that speed. Catcher could have tried to zing one to the pitcher which could explain why it was overthrown. Not defending this stupid hooker in any way, but it could've been a hard thrown ball...

Granted they were in a bullpen, but every LL ballpark I've ever been to has signs posted every ten feet that say "watch for fly balls" or something to that effect.

This is absolutely ridiculous, but I see them winning this case, sadly. What a cunt

In IRB sanctioned rugby we have an insurance policy that protects us against this kind of shit in case you hurt a player or spectator.
