Most cops are clueless as to their laws, and if a certain law inconveniences them, they omit it from their database of BS they call a brain. Those cops are laughing about his vandled property and making a mockery of the situation, I would go the civil suit now. He needs to be put back in the same position before the wrong occurred.Comment

The man, controls all. I had an incident where they took my S&W .44 mag 626. When I went to court, I had to ask about it. The judge looks through the paper work and then sez, "What gun, Oh I see.
