How is there no dashcam video from the officer's car when his lights were on the entire time?

Because it says exactly what the biker's cam did and that's damaging. It's been 'lost.' So to those backing the cop's unconstitutional seizure, care to explain why, if it's so okay that this happened, an internal investigation is underway? Which wouldnt' have happened if the biker had accepted the "Well, you should hand it over because you know he just wants to see the cam" argument


Edit: I love how the department released a different camera and said "But...they antagonized us and this guy was on a bike not on that video but he has a camera so .... we were frustrated."

That footage was taken from the same cop that I passed at the end of my video...he turned his lights on as I was approaching, but the video doesn't start until about 20 seconds later. Probably just because there wasn't much to show other than me riding by at the speed limit.

But...I did find it interesting that he didn't do shit about the girl making that hand-off and then taking off on the bike. I'm sure it was just an SD card that she gave him, but it coulda been anything. I was wondering why the cop didn't react or do anything at all about it.

Because he wouln't have caught the bike. Asshole bikers know this, and make the rest of us suffer.

No...I've been clear on where I stand when it comes to trying to kill someone for a traffic offense. But when the car intentionally rams a bike into a concrete barrier to make them wreck, the driver now has to be prepared to deal with the situation they have just created. That person was not simply trying to get by, they were trying to KILL someone out of frustration for their 3 minute delay.

Is it OK to blockade a roadway?? I suppose based on my actions, I can only say yes, right? But because these "shut-downs" have drawn so much media and police attention, they haven't happened at the last 2 ROC's or at this year's ride in Dallas. So maybe we should stop talking about them, cause they're not happening anymore.

There you go!! They know they couldn't stop and catch the guy that was actually guilty of the crime, so they got frustrated and picked an easy target. I guess that's what happens when you get bullied in high school and grow up to be a cop.

The rider was riding at the back of the pack and wasn't stunting. He wasn't the kind of rider the cops were going after, but since he chose to participate in the ride, he put himself at risk of getting fucked with and having to deal with the cops. And wearing a helmet cam only puts a bulls-eye on you, and he should have known that. Whether the cop was right or wrong, the guy shoulda known what he was getting himself into and been prepared to deal with the consequences. I've been pulled over and ticketed for stunting and other shit, but you don't see me coming in here and blaming the cops when I get caught.

Yeah I saw the this shit on the news and was waiting to post the video to see how all of the Stunterz and FTPs were going to try and defend that clown with the GoPro on his hemet. They brought all this shit on themselves the year before and all of the bullshit they have been doing. I don't feel bad for any of them, especailly that clown that got his shit taken away and spent the several hours in jail, I wonder if his buddies came and bailed him out, I think not...

If I'm being forced into a barrier, then my focus is on steering. If I have time to pull a weapon, then I shot intentinally, and my life wasn't in danger.

I'll explain that. It's not an excuse but I do have damage to my frontal lobe so my reaction to most things is pretty extreme. I don't have a middle ground and emotional responses are either anger or completely baffled at everyone else. Cops abusing their authority is one of my hotspots, especially considering how we were made to treat Iraqi's. If I am held to that standard there, I fully expect at least that level of treatment here.
