That's what sucks about most insurance coverages. They won't cover aftermarket parts like HID's, etc, and even if they did, it would probably be cheaper to pay for it out of pocket instead of paying the $500-1000 deductible.

Sorry bout your buddy's truck, Mike. Unfortunately that stuff will most likely never recovered.

Ah ok. I take it he has a 1k deductible? Sucks either way. Sounds like a lot more then 200 bucks to me though.

Headlights are 31$ a peice off of rock auto and the mass air is like $100 and a cheap intake from the zone is around $80. So more like around 300$.

I am so thankful for NOT living in an apartment any more. All of my neighbors are awesome. I have a 20+ year retired Marine that lives directly across from me that keeps an eye on shit when we're gone.
