Salt Water Disposal Tank Explosion in Martin County 6/18/12

Crews are battling a large fire after a reported explosion north of Stanton.

It happened here around the 2000 block of Highway 137, right off the interstate north of Stanton in Martin County.

Crews on the scene say a salt water disposal tank exploded, causing a large fire and lots of billowing black smoke that could be seen from the interstate.

A church received smoke damage from the blaze.

No injuries have been reported.
