Well...it took a couple months to close, but it finally happened. Offer was submitted around April 20, and we finally closed today.
Might be in over my head, but it will be a moneymaker when we decide to sell. We are hoping to start building a house about this time next year. This property was a Bank of America foreclosure.

The house on the right is 5600sq ft and the left is 4600sq ft. Something like that. Found out last minute the deed restrictions say minimum 3500 sq ft 1 story or 2500 downstairs and 1000 upstairs if 2 story.
Just wanted to say thanks to Nate. He stayed on it and put his money on the line if we had to pay fines for not closing on time. He did a great job getting the situation handled and got 3-4 amendments taken care of on the deal. He had to deal with some assbackwards way of doing things for out lender and work with BofA to get it done.
