What kind of headphone Jack is this?

I need to order headphones with Mic capability but I want to make sure the Jack is the correct size. On Amazon I'm seeing the small jacks on headphones like you would use on an iPod. I need the larger Jack (pictured below) anyone know this specific size or identifier so I can search for it? Thanks

That's the type of jack and shit that they use on the radio with their headphones. Idk if you'll be able to get little ipod headphones to work.

YOu can get adaptors. It's a standard 1/4" stereo jack. Just make sure you're not going from mono (one band on the jack) to stereo (two bands).

Wow those adapters would allow me to get a gaming headset. That being the case what are some of the better headsets?

Thanks for the replies/info.

Here are the headsets my guys use now, I'm looking to get them some better replacements, that cover both ears. Only caveat is that the mic they have now on the current headsets is always live- so whatever I get them it needs to have a live mic if possible so they always don't have to double key. We talk to each other inside the datavan on a live mic and only key up to talk to others ob location so hopefully I can find headsets with two earphones that have a live mic.
