I've been using "being busy with work" to slack in the gym a bit, so it's time re-motivate, trim back down, and get my poundages back up. As soon as the rain stops I'm gonna see if my leg will handle jogging again.
Been drinking a bit lately too, and that's gotta stop as well.
I don't need "resolutions" to get it done, but the timing is right. At least I don't have to worry about gaining the usual 5 pounds due to all the holiday food being out here in SD.
Sounds stupid, but make time for myself. One night a week have a "me" night. With school fulltime and working fultime and my daughter I go crazy because i cant do anything for myself. So my resolution is going to be selfish but I believe will make me a happier person.
I hate that I became another statistic but I would say my new years resolution is to lose weight. I need to get down to 180'ish and I'm hoping to do it by summer. Only 50lbs to go. Blah. Other than that, I just need to have an overall better attitude towards life. 2010 was kinda depressing for me for whatever reason. Looking back on it, I can only blame myself. I think getting back in shape will be a good start to gaining back a little self-confidence.
