My buddies and I were at applebees and there was a uniformed cop at the door. If he thought someone looked a little buzzed he called them over and had them blow in a breathalizer. Not to write tickets but instead say, look here, you'd be going to jail if you got pulled over. Then had them get a ride. Pretty cool and effective
