I wanted my daughter at a preschool in Ferris that would have let her learn the same curriculum as the kindergarten kids in our school district since my daughter was born late in November. Red Oak offers the option for these children to "test out" so they can go straight to 1st grade. The price was the same and it was only a few more minutes out of the way.
As expected my ex did not agree. It made more sense to keep her in a sub-par facility where she has been injured by classmates and the even the director herself. It is more frustrating then most can imagine. I have a responsibility to do what is best for my child but I was blocked by a Judge's quick judgement.
Luckily, that Judge is no longer there. And I'm happy to report that this new Judge is not kind to those that commit adultery and participate in family violence. He's been in since late Dec and from the looks of things is making his position on certain things very clear in regards to his rulings. That being said, I simply cannot wait for this new Judge to review my case.
