Still a bit confused on the times visitors are not allowed 10am-4pm when their hours are from 6:15am-6:15pm. I would also think that not having an open door policy for parents would raise a red flag.

It won't raise a flag until a parent needs to do something fairly simple and won't be allowed to. Then they too will find fault with the new rules LOL

Yup...time to take your kid out of that place. They definitely dont have the kids' best interests at heart. No place is going to have my child and tell me that I cannot visit.

Unfortunately, its not my decision. Currently, my ex is the primary custodian in our joint custody. I have been challenging this temporary ruling with everything I have for over a year. I think this last incident really opened my ex's eyes to things. So I'm hopeful she will do what is necessary to keep our daughter out of that daycare.

Have you thought of making this part of a case to get custody of your daughter? Child endangerment is a very serious issue, especially when it's the welfare of your child.

You betcha' but who knows how much weight it will really hold. I have dozens of times my ex has violated the court orders. Even taking off to Vegas one weekend.

My ex was nearly arrested for coming into my house a little over a month ago (yes, i know...should have changed the locks asap). That really made her angry so in return she canceled the electricity the moment she left since it was in both our names. Again, I know I should have changed it to my name asap as well.

Cut me some slack, its my first divorce guys lol!

Maybe I'm wrong... but as far their no recording equip, etc... policy goes, I 'd keep on recording if you feel the need to. I wouldn't make a huge deal about telling them they were being recorded, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to hide it. The worst thing they could do is refuse your business, but you're looking to be elsewhere anyway.

I'll be damned if they let something happen to my kid at a daycare, then act as apathetic about it as you've described.
                            .

Apathy and complacency...it's the new American Way. Get on board.
