Sure, I've seen strollers with larger inflatable bicycle type tires. The only downside there is that the baby will suffer when it does get to being 100*+ out.

I personally prefer jogging outside to the ellitiptical trainer or treadmill. Even when something good is on TV, it's so damn mundane.

Just buy a cheap treadmill as she will use it no more than a few weeks. Trust me this is how it will go...

Just because she's in the kitchen, it doesn't mean she has to eat everything in the kitchen.

Yeah. If my wife saw that, I'd wake up with an axe stuck in my head. LOL!

That was a joke mike. Just Google nice ass and that girls pops up about 100 times. That pic has been on the internet since Al Gore turned it on in 1993.

Don't do it. Too convenient. Get a gym membership instead and make it a habit of going at least 4 days a week. You buy a treadmill for home it will become an expensive exterior closet.

Getting a daily babysitter for her to go each day will add up quick- too quick as I assume it would cost $600/mos plus gym membership

Explore the possibility of getting one with "free" daycare. That's what I have and it runs about $50 a month.

What worked better was a personal trainer for my wife.

I'm not here to argue about personal trainers, I don't give a damn. What did work is a schedule provided and then the wife did her own things. If she can run through the summer (morning or evenings), it maybe worth a treadmill for the winter.

I can understand feeling self conscience running outside around neighbors, friends and so forth. That's hurdle #1 to get over though. It's all mental anyway. (most people look at even the fattest person running and admire them for giving it a go.)
