Mobile muffler service?

Came home from getting my normal QT lunch and this was parked in front of the neighbors house:


Guess the neighbor is too lazy to drive to a muffler shop. He stopped by asking if I could change his catalytic converter on his car and I said no. The next day this guy is changing it in front of the house. I want to say that is a tubing bender on the top front of his trailer.
